Los Angeles (AP) After a jury found music mogul Sean Diddy Combs not guilty of the most severe federal charges he faced earlier this month, he is pleading with a court to release him on a $50 million bond as he awaits sentencing in October.
Combs’ attorney contended in a court filing on Tuesday that the circumstances at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center are hazardous, pointing out that other people found guilty of comparable prostitution-related crimes were usually released before to sentencing.
Marc Agnifilo stated that Sean Combs shouldn’t be imprisoned for his actions. He may be the only person in a U.S. jail right now for being a john of any kind, and he is definitely the only one who is incarcerated for employing adult male escorts for himself and his girlfriend.
