You now understand why cameras are prohibited in federal courts.
They do not want everyone to learn about the complete corruption of the legal system. Do you realize how incensed people would get if they could watch more of these well-known trials, or even simply listen to the audio online while they’re driving?
About as furious as Norfolk County voters are following Karen Read’s attempted lynching.
Judge Beverly Cannone’s disgusting behavior was nearly unparodyable; her biases were so blatantly apparent, and it was clear that she was determined to defend her favorite hackerama.
Opinion Dynamics conducted a brief survey of Norfolk County’s registered voters on Wednesday night following the ruling. Judge Auntie Bev’s actions in the case were deemed acceptable by just 18% of the respondents.
Eighteen percent must be the number of people in the sample who did not watch a single second of the trial because, like the other eighty-two percent, they would have been appalled by the hackers’ desperate attempts to frame an innocent woman in order to shield themselves and their vile fellow payroll patriots.
I asked Alan Jackson, the defense’s principal lawyer, if he had any concerns about his ability to secure a fair trial for his client the day following the judgment.
“I had a lot of doubt,” he stated. Did I question my right to a fair trial? The majority of every minute of every day.
He described how one of his witnesses—likely Dr. Marie Russell, the highly credible dog bite expert—was nearly stopped from informing the jury of some fundamental facts regarding the victim’s arm wounds.
“I still find this shocking,” Jackson remarked. Hank Brennan argued against every question I raised, and his arguments were upheld in full. In my thirty years of work, I have never witnessed such. 49 objections and 49 sustained objections, to be exact.
You never see that kind of egregious injustice on Netflix, do you? However, this is reality. At least in Norfolk County.
How difficult it must have been to hide the facts from the jury! To get the material in front of the jury, I had to ask the questions seventeen times in five different directions. In my experience, the court has never upheld all of the prosecution’s objections. That isn’t possible statistically.
Except in a courthouse in Norfolk County.
He went on, “I didn’t think this judge was fair.” I simply didn’t. Nobody who was watching, in my opinion, would contest that. I have never attempted a case as difficult as this one in my life. Because of the procedure, we lost. Despite the procedure that was followed in that Dedham courtroom, we prevailed. It was a complete and utter travesty.
Would Jackson wish to address the judge in any way?
Improve, he said. Try not to touch the scale with your thumb. Never try to put your thumb on the scale as a judge.
Massachusetts, that is. This is standard operating procedure, or SOP.
Jackson could afford to be more open than local lawyers because he lives in California and doesn’t practice there very often. However, he acknowledged that I must use caution.
The issue is that there may be dire consequences if a lawyer openly criticizes a judge for their egregious behavior. Being a lawyer is not even necessary. A few years ago, the law was on my side when I was caught up in a civil issue regarding a radio contract. Not the judges, though.
“You think any judge in Massachusetts is going to give you a fair shake after what you’ve written about them?” sarcastically said one of my opponents’ attorneys.
Unfortunately, he was correct. What can I say, this state is awful?
The only justice is found in the halls of justice. As I constantly emphasize, not all judges in Massachusetts are dishonest. The 98% of them are simply the ones who defame the other 2%.
And consider what they could do to a lawyer in practice. David Yannetti, Karen Read’s local lawyer, needs to use even greater restraint while discussing this recent injustice in Dedham.
On Friday, I received a text from another attorney:
A Massachusetts attorney would be barred from the state judiciary as a whole if they ventured to report to the Judicial Conduct Commission about Judge Bev’s ridiculous behavior. a verified fact. All lawsuits will be against that attorney and legal firm for daring to reveal court misconduct, and they will no longer receive any kind of favorable decisions and rulings. This allows the gang known as the Massachusetts judiciary to flourish and corrupt the rule of law.
P.S. Keep an eye out for strange court decisions that go against Yannetti in any upcoming state litigation that his business takes on.
I hope not. However, we are certain that Auntie Bev will not suffer any harm. Even Judge Shelley Joseph will only receive a slap on the wrist for allowing a career criminal and illegal alien drug dealer to enter her courthouse through the back door. She never missed a paycheck. After the feds indicted her, the taxpayers covered the full cost of her legal defense.

Joseph, a former Brookline Democrat State Committee member, is the epitome of a state judge who is a complete political hack. Talk about making sure you’ve checked all the boxes.
It’s ironic, isn’t it, that a group of lawyers who were starving to death in private practice managed to scrape together enough money to purchase judgeships (giving money to politicians is legal) and then get to patronize real productive people who are able to support themselves?
It’s better than working. This explains why so many judges are descended from judges, have political ties, or were once state hacks of some kind. The pension follows that no-heavy-lifting $207,882 sinecure.
Take Kimberly Budd, the Supreme Judicial Court’s chief justice, a second-generation hack who earns $232,101 year.
This is a recent Budd headline:
Kimberly Budd, Chief Justice, aims to restore public confidence in the legal system.
Alright, so here’s a suggestion for her: figure out a method to fire Judge Cannone. She is an absolute embarrassment.
Or at least tell Auntie Bev to stop putting her thumb on the scale of justice, although from what we ve seen over the past few weeks, she had a lot more than her thumb on the scale.
It s the hackerama.
