Let’s recap the disaster caused by foreign freeloader flophouses, which have blown a $3 billion hole in the state budget, today.

Recall that residential communities will now house the illegals who are not employed. On page 845, we start with an event from July 2024 that involved a complaint from American landlords who lived next to one of these flophouses.
Youngsters are damaging property, pulling over cars, pleading for food and cash, and threatening to leave if the drivers do not give them money. The kids destroyed a car parked in a driveway and tried to steal bikes from another landlord’s lawn.
