Tennessee’s Nashville.Nashville will experience its first true taste of fall this Sunday as cooler, drier air moves into Middle Tennessee, bringing with it a welcome change.

Over the next week, temperatures will be below average, bringing with them cool mornings and pleasant afternoons.

Fall-Like Conditions Set In

A cold front is expected to move across the region on Sunday, bringing afternoon highs down into the upper 70s and low 80s, according to Nashville’s National Weather Service. Lows will fall into the upper 50s overnight, and in some places, they may even go into the low 50s.

Specific City Conditions

With lows in the lower 50s by Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, Crossville and Cookeville will see the biggest temperature reductions.

After reaching 91 degrees Fahrenheit on Saturday, Nashville is expected to reach 82 degrees by the middle of the week, with overnight lows of about 59 degrees.

The morning temperatures in Clarksville, Tullahoma, and Lawrenceburg will also reach the upper 50s, guaranteeing a cool and cozy start to the day.

Commute and Outdoor Plans

Morning journeys should be chilly for drivers, and there may be more dew, which might make it take longer to defrost windows.

Since the week will continue to be dry and windy, it should be wonderful for outdoor activities and taking advantage of the fall-like weather.

What to Expect for the Week Ahead

Through Friday, cooler temperatures are predicted to continue, and by the next weekend, a moderate warming trend is anticipated.
