NFL star explains why Tom Brady isn’t greatest QB of all time in his eyes

With seven Super Bowl championships, five Super Bowl MVP awards, 35 postseason victories, and much more, Tom Brady is undoubtedly the best quarterback in the NFL.

Although Von Miller holds Brady in high regard, he believes that Brady is the best quarterback of all time.

On the Glory Daze podcast, the Washington Commanders cornerback recently stated, “It will always be Peyton Manning for me.” In order to alter the play, he switched the quarterback position. He wasn’t rushing about or doing any of that. He used his arm for everything. Man, it was gorgeous.

Manning’s arm was undoubtedly precise and powerful. He set a season-long record in 2013 with 5,477 throwing yards and 55 touchdowns. Brady, who held the record in 2007, was eclipsed by him.

Manning’s head-to-head record against Brady was 6-11, although he was 3-2 in the playoffs. Manning’s five NFL MVP awards, however, set a league record. The Hall of Fame quarterback was also the first player to win Super Bowls with a different team. He did so with the Indianapolis Colts in Super Bowl XLI and with Miller as a teammate in Super Bowl 50 with the Denver Broncos.

Since then, Brady has won six games with the New England Patriots and one with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Brady stated in his newsletter that Manning was a gift to his NFL career because he motivated him to improve.

Without a doubt, Brady and Manning were two of the league’s most admired quarterbacks in their respective eras. Brady may have the advantage in the GOAT discussion due to his career and seven Super Bowls, but Miller and others think Manning’s arm actions were sufficient to merit the distinction.
