The game versus the Los Angeles Dodgers on Sunday has been postponed.
Shortly before the game’s originally planned 1:35 p.m. start time, the Red Sox announced that there would be a slight postponement because of local weather.

According to the announcement, things should get better this afternoon. When more information becomes available, it will be shared.
The team then declared that the game will now begin at 2:15 p.m.
With a 56-50 record going into Sunday, the Red Sox are one game ahead of the Texas Rangers for the last berth in the American League Wild Card race. In addition, Boston trails the New York Yankees by just one game for the top Wild Card berth and second place in the AL East, and the Seattle Mariners by half a game for the second Wild Card spot.
With a victory on Sunday, the Red Sox, who also defeated the Dodgers 4-2 on Saturday, can secure the weekend series. For the first time since joining the Red Sox, Walker Buehler (6-6, 5.72) will take on Dustin May (6-6, 4.73), a right-hander for the Dodgers.
